09-24-2023 10:23This place smelled horrible. The rooms stick the least, but they still stink. Every room is a pet room, so if you have any pet allergies, skip this hotel. It was absolute misery for me. The pool was filthy. The bottom was completely covered with dirt, and there was garbage floating in it. The hot tub water was green. The only good thing was the bed was comfortable, but only had a top sheet, no fitted sheet. So we had to fight it to keep it on right.

09-04-2023 11:42Rooms are ok. A little run down due to time. Beds and pillows are comfortable. The front desk staff are great but their check in policy is a huge bottle neck. No one can check in til 4. The lobby was full of people waiting to check in. We travel the world constantly and have never seen this. Usually if a room is ready, the guest is allowed to check in. Really insane policy. Location is close to the strip and a cpl of food places are across the street. But it is 1 block from the ghetto....maybe closer. Not a great place to walk at night. Realistically, no place close to the strip is a good place to walk at night. Too bad but reality. All in all, we would stay here again for a short stay.

09-03-2023 15:02Overall dingy atmosphere in hallways and atairways/elevators always smelled like weed and one of the stairways pictured in the review smelled like urine. My room was alright in that it met a bare minimum cleanliness standard for a hotel. The furniture was worn out and rickety. Unfortunately the area is not great which is not the hotels fault, behind the hotel a homeless encampment popped up and grew over the month I had to stay there. Pool was also down entire time. No cameras anywhere outside or inside the hotel hallways that I saw which would be nice given the area. Many of my coworkers had problems in their rooms ranging from non draining showers to bugs. Most of the employees were nice enough. Overall would not recommend.

07-26-2023 06:15Ive stayed at several sonestas and this one is the worst yet. The pictures that they used must’ve been from when they first opened the hotel. When i arrived, the hotel was very outdated and dingy looking. My room had a red stain in the middle of the carpet, a bug in my drink, the toilet had stains. I could go on….do yourself a favor and a pay a little extra to stay somewhere decent.

07-06-2023 12:03The location was okay. Had to taxi/Uber most places we wanted/needed to go. Had a convenience store and a couple of restaurants in walking distance. The front staff was phenomenal! Mary, Latoya, Mark, Michael, and the others were very helpful and we're always willing to laugh with us. The room was a bit outdated with the chairs showing their age. There was a hole in the wall of my coworkers room behind the door where the knob hit it when the door opened. There was not any room service at all, but we only stayed four nights and that was fine with me. If I wanted new towels/sheets there was a laundry basket to use to carry the dirty stuff down and get new ones. The 4th floor hallway was very hot but the air conditioner in the rooms worked really well. Water pressure was great in the shower. The phone in the room was not hooked up but that was okay as I never use it anyway. I was hesitant to stay here because of the bad reviews that this place has, but I am happy to say that I am glad we did. The staff alone made it worthwhile.

06-01-2023 16:44Stayed here for a music festival. Had to switch out our first room because there was snot on the bed and stains on the tables and microwaves. They put us into a cleaner room down the hall that had a cigar-urine-mold smell that hit your face the second you walked in. The windows had no screens with direct access to the floor (we were on the third floor). No bed bugs luckily, if you're desperate to find a hotel off the strip, try again and don't choose here. edit: All the doors looked kicked in, as well as fixtures around the hotel in horrible condition. I don't know if the places doesn't have enough staff or they're far too deep into their funk that they're cleaning a sinking ship.

05-20-2023 17:31Lobby and pool area is very simple and small. However, the rooms had more room than the big hotels. We were very pleased with our one bedroom that jad a queen in the room and in the living area. Kitchen had all appliances we needed. Big counter to eat at too. Price was most reasonable. Location was ideal to go to the airport and Thomasu0026Mack center.

03-05-2023 15:43Was in Vegas for a convention and decided to stay somewhere cheap. Let me start by saying the staff here is awesome-- polite and easy to talk to, had some great recommendations for spots to eat and drink. The hotel is located in a convenient location to get to the airport, convention center, and strip, but there is little within walking distance. The room is spacious, but not as clean as I would expect from a hotel. This was my only complaint from my stay. It seems housekeeping is weekly, but other guests left empty food containers in the hall that sat for quite some time. Towels are not replaced nightly, which would be fine, but they weren't replaced for our entire 3 night stay. Additionally, the room was in general grimey, with visible dirt and crust in the bathroom.
