Just went there again today to change my battery.. got it done in minutes! Down to earth brothas they’ll take care of you for sure!! I didn’t ask for a refund, just to put my original battery back, you wrecked the value of my iPhone. An apology would have been nice in any case. Getting angry at me was uncalled for. Ergo I left, and I will never return. Pleasure take down the Apple Apple and put up a sign so this doesn’t happen again. In your response once again your temper flared. Maybe anger management?

Cliff came out to our house on a Sunday which was great for us. Went to work right away to hook up our printer to all of our phones in our home computer. The man knows his stuff will definitely recommend him and the company for further assistance. thank you very much Cliff you were pleasant to work with.

THEY ARE NOT AN AUTHORIZED APPLE REPAIR FACILITY!!! I took my iPhone in for a battery service that my iPhone recommended. I got my phone back and now I can’t get any battery information from the phone and the Esim doesn’t work when I tried to make a call. I asked them about the issues and the said “WE ARE NOT AN AUTHORIZED APPLE REPAIR FACILITY “ and “THEY CAN’T FIX WHAT THEY BROKE” after they charged my for a battery. Now I have to dispute this charge and take my phone to Apple to get it fixed.

Jim and our technician cliff here are amazing! Whenever I need help with something computer related i always call them we bring all our computers here cus they are the best in green valley 👌 they were so cool today I needed help fixing my wives phone and they lent me a very important tool to complete the repair I really appreciate it it came out perfect 10 /10 service from the guys 😎

When I run into a software problem I can't solve myself, it is typically a very complex problem. They are never simple, these nasty little software problems, and the only exception is these guys are simply amazing........and they don't give up either, as long as you give them the time and chance to find these rotten little bugs. My best engineering guess is they are the best in this state. They lock in quick on hardware issues, too, and if it's time to take a baseball bat to your old trusty computer, they will let you know that, too. I feel like I have been fighting (and mostly winning) computer battles my whole life, but with an IT department like these guys in town, I'm just not going to waste what's rest of my life bug crushing. These guys crush bugs better than I ever did.

Every time I have computer problems I go here first. If they can't fix it, probably no one else can. Also, they do more than just repairs. They do computer alterations and they are very thorough. I would recommend them anytime.
