Great professional service. The staff was super friendly. I had my entire hair colored with highlights, wash , cut, blown out and set. I was beyond pleased with my hair. Bena was my hairstylist. She did an amazing job.

Such a Beautiful salon and well maintained but horrible service. I came to lighten my hair to a platinum color. I spoke to the owner and we agreed on the price. Then their was a miscommunication with the stylist and owner. And received a champagne and very brassiness color. I came back so that they can fix it the very next day. The stylists tried very much to lighten it up as much as possible. Its nice but its not what I originally wanted or expect. After trying to fix it they put me under the rollers but wanted to charge me to blow dry my hair!! I don’t recommend this salon. And I blame everything on the owner for only worry about how much to charge me but not letting their staff know what I really want. Poor communication. Never again.

Never again! Not only did they charge an arm and leg for a simple wash and set. The front desk receptionist gave me one price for the service requested, when my daughter was done he had the nerves to tell me that it wasn't $25 anymore its now $60 because he didn't see her hair was long. Keep in mind when I entered the salon with my daughter, her hair was lose and you could see clear as day and night her hair was long, when the question was asked the 1st time he looked at my daughters hair and felt it and price it at $25 for everything. They're a bunch of con artists, scamming people telling people one price, then wait until the end to say some dumb reason and charge more.

I have come to this place for a few occasions. Birthdays, picture days for my daughter, and Mother's Day so far. This is my go to place for hair, and nails. The environment is inviting. To the eyes, it is beautiful and full of smiles. The staff is diverse and always friendly. With children they are gentle, they are amazing with hair color, and overall customer care is beyond 5 stars. I love this place and how they represent hair and care for hair. They love what they do and it shows in their happy customers. I ALWAYS come back, and so will you.

This place I've seen in the neighborhood for years. They hired this woman who speaks not a word of English except NO not even Spanglish rude AF. She rather burn my daughters hair than put it under a dryer. I think she was mad because my daughters hair was longer than hers. (I'm jk but it was) The people there were very polite and tried to make excuses for her. But I will say this It's NOT your Salon represent the owners and Learn how to speak English to explain yourself better or even speak Spanish and don't assume no one understands you. Because you just gave this establishment that was nice enough to hire You a bad look! NO es tu Salón representar a los dueños y Aprende a hablar inglés para explicarte mejor o incluso habla español y no asumas que nadie te entiende. ¡Porque le diste una mala mirada a este establecimiento que fue lo suficientemente amable como para contratarte!

The new owner she is working on this place for 19 years since the old owner was here, she know the prices and only increase then on 06/15/2016.
