10-02-2023 17:28Called this location to help with a tail light, rep advised they had a tail light in stock for my vehicle , picked up tail light. Came back to see if I could get assistance opening what we thought was the slot for the tail light or to be guided in the right direction. The guy at the counter pulled up a YouTube video on his screen, turned the computer around so that I can watch it then went on to assist the next customer like he done the right thing😒. I asked if there was someone there that could actually help (once again, even if it was just guiding me in the right direction) and the guy says, idk, I’m not a mechanic. Umm clearly mr. I didn’t assume these people checked YouTube before coming all the way here. I didn’t think it was too much to ask, being that at most of these stores the attendants are very helpful 🙄 at the end of this all, come to find out, the tail lights are LED lights and not even sold in the shop 😒 I wrote this to say, poor customer service lol

09-29-2023 14:49Staff is always willing to help. I work on customers' cars, and their process for warranties is hastle-free. Always had the right brake components and wheel bearings. Tools are always in stock. If they don't have a sensor or something, they are quick to find one at another local store for you.

09-11-2023 21:15This location has an issue with consistency, most notably where information regarding order status and pick-up are concerned. Recently I submitted a phone order for pick-up for spark plugs and boots. The gentleman who initially answered the phone informed me that the spark plugs were available, but the boots would need to be sent over. I was told that it would be a few hours and that I would receive an email indicating that it was available for pick-up. I did not receive the email by the specified time, so I called back up. I spoke to two different associates this time, both voicing two completely different statuses. One informed me that he believed the product had arrived, while the other stated that it was not on site. I called back up around two hours later and was informed that the boots were still not there. I have yet to receive any updates, so of course I went elsewhere for the items in question and will be picking them up today. Consistency is absolutely essential in operating a business smoothly.

07-01-2023 13:21This is a tale of two different experiences. One manager is great. The other isn’t. Depending upon which one you get will definitely affect your experience for better or worse. I amended my previous one star rating to three based off of this newer positive experience superseding the older negative one. The manager today was apologetic, helpful, and proficient.

04-04-2023 20:49The two employees who helped me with my car were amazing. I went to another auto parts store down the road who couldn't be bothered to assists me. When I went in expecting the same, they went above and beyond. I am so grateful they not only diagnosed my car but also helped me with getting it back on the road. Best customer service I have experienced when dealing with my car.
