This company is horrible. Unresponsive to any method of communication, robotic answering service that employs receptionists who will tell you with what sounds like a straight face, that there is nobody in the entire company, ever, available to take your call. Then they will state that it totally makes sense and is reasonable that there is never a single person in the entire company that is available. They will keep saying You can leave a message, but them nobody calls back.

48+ hours no corporation made. 3 phone calls requesting callbacks, no returned calls. 2 messages no return calls. Looking at another company to incorporate that actually answers their phone and returns calls, this place is a waste of time, basically stole my money. Update: Finally spoke with someone there, and they promised me my corporate documents by Sat 6/11...it came and went, but nothing was delivered, again.

The worst response rate I have ever seen from a company. I have a virtual office with them, yet they do not inform me of mail or scan it. They have not replied to over 20 emails asking about mail. Sent emails to several email addresses for their staff. They just ignore completely. It's very odd.

Terrible terrible service. The mail scanning is a hoax I waited over a month to get my mail and I still haven't received anything. There isn't one person who can help you just a bunch of people that work for a lawyers office. Stay far away! Use Regus if you need a virtual address.

🥵🥵🥵🥵I must express my profound dissatisfaction with the handling of my matters by this company. Their incompetency in managing the renaming of my LLC has resulted in significant setbacks for my business. Not only were they unable to provide the vital documents necessary for banking procedures, but their subsequent denials of any wrongdoing further exemplify their lack of responsibility and accountability. It was a tedious process, filled with constant back-and-forths, but it wasn’t until October 25, 2023, that the missing document was finally uploaded to my client portal. This delay, compounded by their evasive and argumentative responses, has cost me both time and patience. Their representatives not only lacked the basic understanding of client needs but also displayed a blatant disregard for professional ethics. Given the magnitude of their mismanagement and the unprofessional demeanor of their corporate representatives, I had no choice but to terminate my subscription. It is clear that such behavior is deeply rooted within their corporate culture, making it an organization I can no longer trust or recommend. Their service, or lack thereof, is a stark reminder of the importance of thorough vetting before entering into business agreements

When I first signed up with CNM, they did a pretty good job at a fair price. Since our business has grown they have not kept up with our mail, they have not solved that problem, and have become very slow to respond to phone calls and emails. I spoke to a person who will remain anonymous that worked there and they explained to me how the company has not allocated resources to processing mail. If receiving your mail is important to you and if responsiveness is important to you, I would not chose this company.

If your looking for a quick business registration like they say on there website good luck. You will be waiting for weeks. I started on July 3rd and still have not recieved my documents nor is the business registered with NM. I have called several times with no resolution. I can't register the business as a foreign entity in a different state until its registered in NM nor open a bank account. I have canceled my registration with them and have gone with a different business to register my company. Sad when they were a smaller company they were great and had no issues with them with my first company. Now they are a joke. Stay away.

The worst company to deal with. I wanted to change the registered agent for my 30 yr old NM s-corp. Decided to use Cindy's LLC because there were some positive reviews. What a mistake. The day I signed up online I had a question and called their office. Got the answering service and asked for someone to call back. Not only did they not reply but I called 5 more times over the next week and the same thing happened each time. Also emailed them several times with no reply. Not responding to a paying customer isn't the way a responsible business operates. I DO NOT recommend using this company.
