Physicians Care Walk-in Clinic - Chattanooga, East Ridge

I’ve never been to this clinic before so this was my first. When I arrived I filled paperwork out and was called back pretty quickly after that. The nurse doing my eye exam and blood pressure was so sweet I really liked her, she was so friendly. All nurses were great even lady at desk when I signed in was very welcoming. I highly recommend this clinic for I had an excellent experience.

After seeing how highly rated this place was, u0026 how much cheaper it is without insurance than many other places, I gave it a go. I accidentally scheduled my appt online at a diff location, but the receptionist was able to switch me to their location u0026 still got me in quickly. Every single person I talked to in that office was so calm and nice, which is a huge plus when you're anxious about anything doctor related, or have health anxiety. Got my blood drawn and it was so quick and painless. The nurse did a great job at making sure I stayed calm and was okay when she was finished. 10/10 recommend this place!

I'm not from around here and had to find urgent card. I found them on the map and read their reviews.They were really quick to get me in and out. They were kind and caring. I had to fly back the next day with an ear infection so they gave me tips to try to relieve as much pain as possible. I took their advice and it worked. I would recommend this urgent care.

I went to physicians care on the request of my employer for a chest x-ray. The ladies at the desk were very professional and the facility was very clean. The young lady that did my chest x-ray was very nice. My wait was very short. I’m sure if they had been very busy. My wait would’ve been longer. No problem to report. Everything was good.

The receptionist and doctor were extremely helpful and nice. Great bedside manners. The nurse on the other hand, wasn’t very kind. Her tone made me feel really anxious and unwelcomed. I would come back though, considering it was under 30mins.

The entire staff was wonderful, welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. My entire appointment from checking in to in my car took about 30 minutes and I reserved a time same day, about 20 minutes before I went in. Highly recommend.

Everyone from from staff to physician was very kind and courteous! As someone visiting from out of town I felt like I was at my normal PCP office due to the care I received. Thank you all again, definitely helped put my mind at ease. My prescription got put in quick too! Super plus.

Exceptional, all the way through. I was not feeling well after one of the most stress-infused weeks of my life and felt the need for a general checkup and EKG. The staff here was prompt, friendly and absolutely compassionate. Their clinical skill and evaluation were terrific. The cost was also lower than expected. I am a very happy customer / patient.
