Physicians Care Walk-in Clinic - Chattanooga, NorthShore

I got excellent care and attention today at Physicians Care. Everyone was kind, empathetic, and patient with me. Very humane. Brandon, Ashlynn, and the girl with beautiful red hair are what health care should be, but often isn’t. Five stars!! (Would’ve been higher if that were possible!)

Every single person working was extremely kind, empathetic and caring. I was in and out within about 30 minutes. I have a major fear of doctor visits and now I know I have a comfortable place to go if I ever need it again.

I love Jonathan Drumm, he is always very kind and does a wonderful job. Would recommend! (But make an appointment online or you'll be in the lobby for 2 hours.)

Every time I come to your office for care, I have never waited for more than 10 minutes. The staff truly cares and listens to your concerns and genuinely care about your health. Great service. Friendly staff. I showed up less than 10 minutes before they were supposed to close and instead of sending me away like most businesses / doctor's offices would here in Chattanooga, they still seen me without being irritated that I showed up right before they were supposed to close. Everyone was nice they were friendly the building was clean highly recommend for an urgent care

I used to think of urgent care as a place to get a tetanus shot (which I’ve done here as well) but after several visits over the last year I consider this to be far better and more comprehensive than my primary care doctor. Each time I’ve been treated by Jon Drumm and he has taken care of everything from my weird rashes to infections more thoroughly and with better bedside manner than I’ve received anywhere. I’m not exaggerating when I say I have more confidence in him than all the specialists I’ve used. Today I went in with every physician’s worst nightmare saying ‘I don’t feel right’. I walked out after he tested me for all kinds of things but mostly I have peace of mind that the right people are on this. Super grateful this place is here.

My daughter had pink eye so we did a walk in and everyone was so friendly. The place was very clean and my daughter is almost 2 and everyone who saw her was very patient and kind and sweet to her. It was a quick and easy visit.
