Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. On a late night in my early 20s after the bar.. ok but definitely not for what we paid for. We had to get a new room because our tolerance couldn’t last anymore. Hallway carpet was disgusting and the whole hallway smelled like weed. Not appropriate for families. Seemed to be a nasty place for one night stands. The website made it seem like a clean great place. All lies. Mold on window sill. Toilet was dirty in two spots. Carpet in the room was disgusting. Smudge all over the fridge. Gap in main door to the room when closed and locked. Dirty curtains. Chair and end table in the room had pieces missing or hanging off. Pool water was super cloudy. No disinfect in the mini gym to clean in between use for sanity reason of body fluids aka sweat. Over all. Disgusting. The free breakfast was the only good thing and the lady in charge of the breakfast was super nice as well as the front desk lady. But I will definitely spread the word for all my friends and family to never ever go there. And whoever reads my review!!

Was not happy at all the bed had hair all over it had to change the sheets the pool had all kinds of hair in it n THERE WAS BED BUGGS WAS JUST TERRIBLE I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYIN THERE I was in room 220

The lady at the front desk was really friendly and helped me get 2 rooms. She was quick, answered all my questions, and made the process painless. They need to give her a raise. However the room itself was less than desirable. First thing I noticed were these little fruit like flies on the window, but they didn't bother me, only crawled on the window and I was too tired to change rooms. Furniture and walls are pretty beat up, the mattress was deformed and uncomfortable. Some of the towels were stained. Public areas could use some love. Wi-Fi barely worked. These rooms are not worth $100/night.

We usually go to this hotel on couples holidays due to the jacuzzi but this Sweetest Day was HORRIBLE! Checked in and checked right back out when we seen the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned at all, new towels were put in BUT the sink chrome was filthy and hair was on the sink and toilet. The jacuzzi was the worst part, dirt and scum smeared around with a ring in the tub and had the nerve to put a clean mat on the side🙄 Two women at the front desk but neither were willing to come up u0026 clean the bathroom so our only option was to check out and wait 7 days for a refund, ruined our Sweetest Day…NEVER AGAIN👎🏾

Perfect. The room was nice and clean, front desk staff were friendly and helpful, housekeeping did a great job. Neighborhood is safe and location easy to get to. We have stayed here many times and will continue to do so.

Book a jacuzzi room went inside 334 the room was so nasty red hot chip stains everywhere all on my bed, red stuff all behind the toilet. That wasn't the half the jacuzzi tub stopper was outside the tub, u0026 the shower door wouldn't stay close. I filed a complaint at the front desk she took pictures u0026 said she was sorry. She said they didn't have any more rooms like mine gave me cleaning spray, so i had to clean my own room before i could unload my stuff. I went to throw some trash away the trash was so nasty and full with cupcakes and other stuff u can tell the housekeeper skipped that room or someone never checked it clearly because soon as I went inside i saw it hadn't been touched I've been calling the Gm since i left saturday the 15 u0026 he's never there u0026 they keep telling me there's nothing they can do until he gets there. Im very disappointed u0026 would like a follow up on this issue asap.

This hotel was rough. The whole place had a musty, sour smell. The rooms were outdated and in need of renovation. The tile in the bathroom was cracked and the grout was black in many areas. Hairs on the floor of the bathroom and jacuzzi. The carpet in the halls were loose and lumpy. Overall, it seems like this place has not been updated in a long time.

Just visiting from NY and the service was less than desirable. You get what you pay for. Front desk personnel are not being paid enough based on the service they provide. Definitely would not recommend this place at all nor would I come back. The manager seems like a grumpy man who should have retired.
