Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Northwood Toledo

No. No. No! The absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Filthy hall, garbage everywhere in the back of the hotel, dirty room. The sheets had not been changed. Odd smell in the room. The AC unit kept making a loud strange noise so it was unusable. I feel like I should be paid for staying there.

Went once and only once. Entire place smelled. Won't be returning.

The first room they gave me was filthy the fridge didn't work nor did the microwave. The gentleman at the front desk came and agreed that it was a mess and put us in another room. Then when it was time to lay down me and my fiance pulled the sheets down and there was a used syringe without a cap on it laying there. I went and got my deposit back and came the next day to speak with the hotel manager and she was laughing at the situation. She was very rude and on top of being rude she was telling other paying customers about what happened. She then informed us that we can no longer rent from them and continued to get very loud with us. She didn't seem to care that there was a syringe in our bed. So because of how she acted and treated us I have taken further action and called the local news and an attorney. So please be careful you never know what you might find in your bed there!

If I could rate this a 0 I would in a heart beat. I would never go to an establishment like this again. I wanted a jacuzzi room and got in where there was stuff on the beds....stuff on walls...half the room items missing. Mold and nicotine all over the top of the walls. When asked to moved to a different room it was still nearly as bad. Hair still in the jacuzzi, things on the floor, bed and walls. Seriously disgusting.

I would never stay here again. Room was not clean found clothes and a child's pillow in dresser. Coke baggy outside of door. The heating unit was blowing cold air when it was on heat. Door didnt have a safety lock. Adjoining room wasn't locked. Room was a hot mess it needed tons of repair. If your looking for a party hotel without comfort this would be the place but not for me.

Stayed here when we went to Toledo for a concert. The microwave was filled with splattered food from probably a year before. Everything was FILTH. i don’t even know how to describe it. All other hotels were booked so we couldn’t find another place to stay. I couldn’t even take a shower it was so disgusting. I regret not just sleeping in my car. This place needs to be condemned.

I rate this place a 1 star because of tons of bad thing I have saw. Rooms and hallways smell like expired syrup, bad Service, no breakfast when on the website it says they have breakfast, very old and rundown place, very sketchy, paint coming off the wall, the bathrooms are disgusting ( toilets weren’t even clean) , food wrappers every where, air conditioning and heater don’t work, small microwave, mini fridge not even cold, bed sheets smell like pee, lamps don’t work, NOW ETHIER NEVER COME OR CONVINCE THE OWNERS TO TAKE DOWN THIS HOTEL ( I hope you choose the second option. Thank you for your time and listen to my advice ).

OLD outdated paint/color scheme and very dimly lit dive! What the hell is wrong with these places acting all 5 star when they honestly don't even make it to a quarter of a star???? These should be called America's Worst Value Slumholes Bith of them we stayed at traveling for our honeymoon were worse than rundown trailer trash! Between the 2 we lost about $250 and should have slept in a park!!!!
