The Kings Throne Inn and Guest House

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Toledo, and that was in large part thanks to our stay at The King's Throne. Landon is a great host, friendly, but laid back. He has anticipated every need (the spare toothbrush was greatly appreciated!) The house is stunningly beautiful, warm, and inviting. You will feel comfortable and right at home. I can't say enough nice things, we would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

A gorgeous historic home in a charming historic part of Toledo. The house is well-appointed with all the modern amenities you would expect. The location is just minutes away from the Toledo Art Museum. I highly recommend this charming guest house for a weekend (or longer!) getaway. Landon, our host, was attentive and gracious. We’ll be back!

My wife and I were looking for a place to stay for a short trip to Toledo where we planned to visit the Toledo Zoo and the National Museum of the Great Lakes. The Kings Throne turned out to be the perfect place! The house is beautiful, Landon and Chuma are great hosts (as well as their dog Luna), and we couldn't beat the convenience of the location.

Excellent hosts. Friendly as can be and provided all the amenities we could ask for. I'm partial to historical homes so given a tour and some background on our lodging was a beautiful touch. If/when we come back to Toledo, we will be looking to stay here again! Cheers!

Landon and Chuma are great hosts! Lots of history in the house and well taken care of! We will definitely be back had an awesome time! Great location close to downtown with lots of things to do!

Staying at the wonderful house of The Kings Throne was the highlight of my Toledo trip. Great area, close to the Toledo Art Museum. The hospitality from Landon was amazing. I recommend everyone to stay here if they get the chance!

I loved this little gem. It was a total fluke that I booked it for a one night stay! Landon is adorable and I loved him. Super kind and helpful. Our room was perfect, spacious, clean, and lots of thoughtful little things were left out like ear plugs, a shaving kit, anything you might need. The house is beautiful! Don't be thrown off by the house attached on the right, it is not part of this place. Stocked kitchen, which was really nice coming back after a night out. Homey, comfortable, and clean!

We stayed for our anniversary. We actually live in town, but wanted to do something special. I found The King's Throne completely by accident, but I'm so happy i did! Our host, Landon was a joy to work with and made our stay so very special and memorable, he definitely went above and beyond and exceeded all expectations! Landon is a breath of fresh air and is so gracious and caring and thoughtful, I literally fell in love with this wonderful human! We also enjoyed meeting Landon's partner, Chuma, and beautiful pupper, Luna, and learning a little bit about the history of the house, which is just beautiful! Landon really thought of everything, he anticipates his guests' every need and allows full access to the first floor and kitchen which is stocked with a variety of breakfast items and coffees, even chilled champagne and OJ for Mimosas! Booking and check in are seemless, Landon even sent step by step instructions with sequential pictures showing how to navigate the house in the event he can't greet you personally. If you or someone you know is coming to the Toledo area, or even live here like us, and want a different experience than just a boring hotel, book a stay at The King's Throne, we think you'll love it!
