Pedego Electric Bikes Powell

We had a great experience! It was a rather busy day but we were helped quickly. Hands-on instructions on how to ride were well done and extremely helpful since I’d never ridden an e-bike before. My husband also got to test ride the bike I decided to buy. He and I enjoyed the entire experience!

We were in town for a wedding and had such a fun day riding to Dublin and exploring around on our Pedegos. Travis and Scott were amazing , as all the reviews already attest, and the bikes were fully outfitted with phone holders, water bottles , and storage bags. The bikes are really well designed and easy to use , and we really appreciated the first time user instructions from Travis and Scott as well as tips of great places to go and see. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to the area. We hope to come back and spend more time someday.

Travis was so awesome in helping us learn all about electric bikes. He found me the perfect match but we of course had to check on other brands. 2 hours later we came back and bought the City Commuter! I cannot wait to get riding again! Pedego in Powell is he place to go!

My husband called them to see if they had an e-trike I could test drive. Travis told him they would be receiving a couple trikes in a few weeks and would call us when they came in. He call after about 2 weeks, we went over, Scott went with me on the test drive so he could explain everything. Both were fabulous to work with. Highly recommend the Pedego trike, excellent experience.

Scott and Travis were super helpful and took care of us on our initial order! Very informative, great communication, and they're selling a super fun bike. Looking forward to more orders in the future
