I ordered a hat from DelMonico for my dad’s birthday. When the hat arrived it was absolutely gorgeous, the quality was impeccable-the website images and description were exactly what I was expecting and received. We ended up having to exchange the hat for a different size, the process was easy and so fast! I also sent an email to ensure I was following the right process and the person who responded, Ben, was very kind and prompt. I will definitely purchase from DelMonico in the future, my dad LOVED the gift!

I could not be any more happy with the services I received from Delmonico Hatters in December 2022. I bought a Borsalino Bellagio, a Stetson Pinnacle, and a Stetson Inwood and all three hats arrived at my doorstep in lightening speed and so well packaged. I asked for hat size reducers with the new hats and Delmonico Hatters was so kind to include a personal note with instructions. One of the hats regrettably had dimensional issues and when I called the store, they were very professional and most eager to make things right. They immediately sent out a replacement without requesting that I send the faulty one back first. I got the replacement in two days and it was perfect. Thank you Delmonico Hatters for being a honest and no non-sense business and for taking care of your customers. I look forward to my next purchase with you!

Bought a hat on line from DelMonico. The price was was far cheaper than other hat stores on line. I received free shipping and it arrived within a week or less. Tried the hat on and it was a little small. Returned the hat for the next size up with no problems. They were very easy to work with and I recommend buying from them. Customer service was outstanding

One of the few hatters left in CT. Friendly, knowledgeable staff with large selection of hats at prices that range from low budget to higher end - without hitting an unreasonable price. Support your local businesses - even if you have to travel more than an hour each way. You can't touch or try on a hat online - take the time to get the right hat for your style. Today, 8/8/23, I returned to finalize my purchase. Ben remembered us, and very happy we came back. While it is possible to order online, I found the experience of visiting Delmonico's worth the time. The personal attention and insight into owning a Panama hat was educational and enjoyable. Hearing Ben describe his family history was inspiring. We need to support small local businesses. You may be able to save some money - although I found Delmonico's prices to be very competitive and in some cases much less, but you lose out on a cultural experience. Thank you Ben! We'll be back

I wanted to order a Borsalino panama hat but was hesitant because of sizing uncertainties. I decided to call and ask for help and spoke with a very knowledgeable gentleman who asked me some questions and made a recommendation contrary to where I was leaning. I'm glad I took his advice and ordered a 59. It arrived promptly and fit perfectly.
