I have used this company on several occasions and their professionalism is exemplary. They offer excellent advice from the planning stage to the finished job. It's refreshing to find a company that really care about the standard of work and the client.

Quite helpful advice but on this occasion we did not get boiler service.

Quality work in a professional manner

I have used quite a few plumbers, builders, electricians and handymen, but on this occasion I used Brits Gas. Sam was the engineer that came round to help me. From the moment Sam came in to my house he did nothing but fill me with confidence that he was able to do the job, his professionalism is exemplary. My wife is in a wheelchair and I needed 2 radiators fitted, one in the bedroom and one in the ensuite bathroom. Sam’s attention to detail and care to make sure that my wife would be able to move around without any obstructions from the pipes he was fitting, constantly coming up with ideas thats would better suit us, going out of his way to help make sure we ended up with more than we ever expected. I will recommend Sam to my friends and family and without a shadow of a doubt I will asking Sam to help me with any other projects we decide to take on in the future.
