Had a problem with our bath tap, after struggling to find someone to do the job for a while, JNL were able to see to the problem and fix it within a few hours (in Luton)! Amazing service and really friendly at a great price. We would certainly use JNL again

Josh did a great job for me fitting new taps, other bathroom items and applying sealant. He was so meticulous and carried out work to a very high standard. He is so friendly and helpful. I have recommended him to friends and neighbours and they have been impressed too.

Josh went above and beyond to fix my toilet. The problem was a broken flush button but it was at a time when I had visitors staying. Despite an early Monday morning call his response was prompt and positive. Later the same day, despite having worked all day, he arrived with the replacement part, only to find that the job was going to be more complicated than expected thanks to unusual installation by the previous owner. I honestly can’t thank Josh enough for staying with the task which was physically demanding and took three hours to complete. He was golden.

Josh kindly fixed some sink and tap problems. Particularly appreciated his willingness and ability to solve the problems in a cost effective way with a view to preventing future potential recurring issues. He was very polite, trustworthy, knowledgeable in his advice, organised and very clean and thorough.

We have used JNL on multiple occasions for varied different jobs ranging from blockages to sewage problems to toilet repairs and tap replacements. They are exceptionally polite and very professional. We are often hesitant of using tradesmen as it can be difficult trusting companies but this company has never let us down. They are very clear with how much things will cost so you don’t feel like exploited. They come up with ingenious ways of fixing things when there were no alternatives on the market. Also appreciate getting an invoice. Would recommend 5* for sure.
