08-29-2023 06:02I did not have a good experience here. The staff seemed very rude and ignorant, tried greeting the nurses and receptionist a couple of times, however i did not get a welcoming response. The dentist who checked me did not listen to me properly. Looked like they were in a hurry and just wanted to get done with it asap. Wasn’t professional or helpful.

08-24-2023 14:25I went here through the 111 call back. I have previously visited the Urgent dental care which was part of Lexicon 4-5 yrs ago and they were far more helpful and understanding. The dentist here was condescending, in a way saying like it's your doing that you have gum problems. Very unhelpful advice like getting a dentist should be your number 1 priority, well it is my priority hence i reached out to 111 and came for the same day appointment. There were two people before me, both were given an xray at least. The second person was told at the reception that the service he is looking for cannot be provided, yet he was taken in and given an xray and some procedure was being done. I was not advised anything. I had to ask myself if i should do salt water rinses, or any pain relief, how can I eat and drink, there was no advise given at all. I explained my jaws and face was all in pain but literally a small toothpaste sample was given to me (which I am obviously using and the toothpaste does not even have the main chlorhexidine compound). 26 pounds for one statement see a dentist. And when I expressed the waiting time for private can be long, and I am willing to pay for private but unable to find, there was no empathy or understanding of any sort. I am anemic and on iron tabs through my GP (told the dentist and showed the meds) who had advised me to see a dentist to correct the gum bleeding. Because it was aggravated i went for the urgent care, but no solution given at all. I am not sure what was I even charged for and clearly when they could do xrays as being offered to other patients. I then went directly to Boots, where the pharmacist was much more helpful and at least heard me out and tried providing solutions.

08-21-2023 22:03Absolutely wonderful service! All the staff including the reptionist are clearly caring, dedicated and personable. I was dreading the experience after suffering unbearable pain with a horrible gum infection but the staff eased my considerable anxiety and completed the treatment without fuss or judgment and they were happy to help. Thank you so much!

04-10-2023 01:25Wouldn’t even give it a 1 star, paid to get a treatment done to tell them to go private or to a dentist when I ain’t registered for one. Not everyone has the money to go private. Ik £26 is nothing but expecting to get some treatment from the nhs but getting nothing is actually disappointing. They only do certain treatments and a dental filling ain’t one, they claim to be an urgent dental treatment centre but said I have to get a filling soon. Waiting lists for nhs dentists are 3-5 years and they left me with only option of booking a private dentist, also called me 30 mins late. Waste of time, do not attend if you’re booked here with 111. It’s also known as night treatment centre. Appalling service 0/5 tbh
