10-09-2023 01:30Overall good but found our room to be small (room 26), the double bed was small and was against the wall so one of us had to climb over the other to go to the toilet at night. The facilities were generally clean and the continental breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful.

10-06-2023 18:49Service very good and price reasonable at £100 plus £25 for dog. £25 is for a 'deep clean' but I'm sure it only gets a normal clean. Having said that, every thing was ok bed on the small side but comfortable and hemmed in so one person has to crawl over the other to get out of bed. Shower very good. Breakfast was a different experience. There are kitchens (actual kitchens) where a continental buffet is provided and you go in and help yourself, sit at the kitchen table and wash your dishes up afterwards in the sink. A little different, but once you understood the system it was absolutely fine. Coming from a PBSA background myself (purpose built student accommodation) it does appear to be originally built for that market and repurposed as a hotel. I might be wrong, but it does feel like a PBSA.

09-06-2023 02:38A fabulous spot. I was in Belfast for a flying visit and stayed here. Wonderfully comfy bed and top class cleanliness. Very new and modern hotel. Niche concept with the everything you need concept without being charged through the nose. Fabulous really. I parked across the road in the Cathedral carpark as I was wandering around Belfast so the on street parking that's free in the evenings didn't quite suit. Staff very friendly and interested in making sure all is ok. Self service continental breakfast good also. 10 out of 10, thank you The Quarter by Warren.

08-03-2023 09:29What a wonderful space to stay. Check in was straight forward and easy and front desk staff were lovely and helpful in recommending dinner places. Beds were very comfortable and pillows were average, as well as there was a good hot shower. Tea facilities in the room were nice and having a fan and a hairdryer in the room was a great addition. Parking is around the corner , in a closed lot with pay as u go (cheap). It is about 15 minutes walk to the main shopping centre, making it easy to find things to do. I throughoughly enjoyed my time here. Was a bit noisy though but on a busy road so to be expected, when window is closed its much quieter. What I thought was a great idea was, there was a self service kitchen on each floor which had a great variety of breakfast food as part of the continental breakfast 😀 Would definitely recommend this spot if you are staying in Belfast. Will be back again as also reasonably priced.

07-03-2023 14:32Great location, however it comes with its pitfalls. The window in my room looked like it didn't close properly, and in fact it made little difference to the noise I could hear whether it was closed or open. During the night I was often awoken by guests in the corridors opening their doors/slamming them, even if I had ear plugs in. Therefore I think soundproofing could be better. The room and bed was a good size for one person, nice shower and toiletries. Breakfast was simple but still good, considering it is included in the price. Staff were great and friendly, taking time to explain everything.

05-08-2023 11:10Just left this hotel in Belfast today. Had a blast . Hotel was very central to all shops, bars, and restaurants. Hotel was clean, amenities were basic but covered my needs. Staff were friendly and hospitable. Continental breakfast in kitchen covered all needs.. or there’s a cafe close by for a cooked breakfast. Rooms are small, with double bed up against wall , but comfortable and fit for purpose unless you plan to sit in your room all day 🙈 would stay again. Was a tad expensive but only because it’s so central to main tourist attractions. Most common attractions walkable .

04-18-2023 15:09Small little property, narrow corridors, small double rooms and tiny double beds. Not at all value for money. But the staff is very friendly and service is great here. The food they serve has not many options and isn't good. Won't have a good stay if with family or kids or as a couple. Good place if you are staying alone and if you're not paying much for the rooms. They have a 10% discount if you book on their website. The ensuite and toilets are just average size, nothing great about them either. Dining rooms on every level which was a relief. So fridge and microwave can be used by guests at particular times if you want to store or heat up any food. Overall this hotel has nothing to fancy about and isn't good value for money. The location though is good and also has a centra besides the property which is handy enough.
