I contacted Neil to arrange a job assessment and quote for the work required, he arrived promptly at the agreed time, discussed what was required and provided a quote within a few hours. Neil arrived to commence the work at the stated time and explained how he would proceed with the job and the probable time involved. He involved us while doing the work, showing us and explaining things were were required which was appreciated. Neil not only completed all the jobs we had requested in a very professional manner and to a high quality but even did a few extra things for us to bring them up to the required standard. We found Neil to be friendly, pleasant, hard working and reliable, we will not hesitate to use his services again if required and cannot recommend him high enough.
