I would give this company 0 stars if it was possible!!! The worst customer service (i am also not the 1st to say this judging by their eBay feedback) and absolutely no interest in getting the issue resolved. Item didn't turn up (from an order i placed over a month ago!!!), the courier that delivered the item left the company and now Bath Professionals have no interest in getting this resolved. Professionals is definitely not what they are... TERRIBLE COMPANY STEER CLEAR!!!!

I have used Bathroom Store for many years and have found them to be honest and trustworthy. The products have been of the highest standard and management is always happy to replace any faulty items. The warranty they provide on products-up to 15 years is also unrivalled. Highly recommended.

I would give Kitchen u0026 Bathroom Store the lowest rating they could possibly be due the lack of trust in product and very poor customer service delivered. We have been waiting for items to arrive nearly 3 months now, Items which we did receive were damaged and poor quality. Units and doors had to be cut again in size, due to the incorrect measurements taken from the staff member. This led to purchasing other kitchen appliances carefully as space was vital when that was not an issue before. Completely unacceptable. Bath store failed to deliver the “perfect kitchen” as promised which is a shame as the upfront cost was given. Please save your time and money and DO NOT visit such place in Luton.
