Plymouth Arts Cinema

The cinema is great with comfortable seats. My experience was spoiled by a volunteer (small female with short dark hair) who continually glanced back at me and muttered something (I couldn’t hear her) throughout the film last night. I can only hope I didn’t spoil her enjoyment of the film due to my popcorn eating.

The new cinema is lovely! The seats are comfy and there is loads of leg room. The elderly gent who was ushering was ever so lovely! There is a licensed bar and you can take your drinks in. Laid back place, nice atmosphere. Certainly a lot nicer than the multiplex! Support independent cinemas!

Great space! What a wonderful little cinema showcasing independent and mainstream films. Snack-wise it’s limited - there are drinks and ice cream, but I know Mark Kermode the renowned film critic has berated cinemas for selling food!

Great place, one to support

I have been for 2 bring in baby screenings (which happen once a month). Really lovely, can't get better value. Great for a mat leave treat! Prams can go in, but next time I think I'd wear a sling just as it would be easier
