08-10-2023 13:54I used to live a few doors down from this shop and that should have been very handy being only a short walk away, but the prices back then kept us away, but that was more than 16 or more years ago as a student your budget was limited. Service When you shop in store everything has always been fine and staff seem to have been helpful. My only issue in the past was when trying to place orders for items to be picked up and the orders would not have been placed, at times it felt like the blind leading the blind. Selection There is a good selection of wines, and beers from around the world and well worth a visit if you are nearby. If l hadn't had issues in the past here l would be coming in more often.

I was in town for one night and couldn't make it here before closing; Gabriel offered to stay 20-30min past closing time just so I could come pick up a bottle. So kind!! Located right next to an underground metro station as well. Pick up some whiskey, then take a metro to check out Ashton Lane and have a pint at Tennents.

07-18-2023 07:49This area of Great Western Road in Glasgow is a bit of a trendy boi of a spot, full of wanky bars and Bottle-Os, but The Cave manages to stand out with its diverse range of international and local brewskis, and its impressive craft gin window display. Hop or Not? Absolute Hop. I managed to score a couple of very tasty brews from this place, and was overall pretty happy with what they were about.

06-05-2023 23:15A great selection of beers but let down by poor customer service trying to overcharge me for beers I haven't bought. I asked for a receipt whom server reluctantly given me. I correctly reminded them the items I bought. Its not a great example to trying take an advantage of a person with a disability. What a shame as I would like be treated with respect and courtesy but this establishment has thrown back to my face with disdain therefore I won't be coming back.

05-02-2023 20:36I bought a bottle of VILARNAU cava for £15.99 - unfortunately the quality was poor - it was flat - you need bubbles in your glass - very disappointing. Pleased to receive a prompt reply from the owner offering me a complimentary bottle of wine - this is excellent customer service - thank you. Just to say, I’m not a serial complainer!
