Absolutely disgusted took my 9 puppies for microchip package and vaccination they wrote wrong info in health booklets tipex info out wrote over it so looks I'm trying to hide something and 1 of my puppies now has a scar from being way to rough with injections and not doin it right avoid if you want customers satisfaction

Took kitten in for jabs and for future chip told use a curtain flea treatment called broad line . By Receptionist said it was the best £38 for it now we have found fleas on her phoned vets they say use advocate. So we asked if we can have a refund on this broad line they said no . Cant take it back So we are chamging vets i would not recommend this vets at all ... wrong advice given which is there fault . Do not use them

took my hamster for a check up after she had a bad fall the vet was very careful and kind with her and only cost £29.99 for a check up which was affordable 😊

Always get our dogs in the day I ring or day after. A little pricey though as our dog went last week and it was 96 pounds for ibuprofen antibiotics and a check up as she had a urine infection. The antibiotics worked a treat and hey dogs don't come cheap do they. Helpful receptionist lovely vet and our dog doesn't mind going even if it's for a shot. Tbh even if slightly cheaper we wouldn't go anywhere else.

My wife came home upset after a visit with our dog due to the receptionist who was very unprofessional and rude to her. After 16years of being a customer we are now taking our business elsewhere! We will not pay for an unprofessional service.

Such a friendly team! Always so welcoming and caring. My dog loves going and enjoys the love and attention he gets. I always know he is in good hands. When he had an operation last year the help and reassurance I got was fantastic. I would highly recommend Abbey Veterinary Group Ltd.
