Rapscallions Barbers

Needed a haircut for my wedding, changing shoulder length to something short. Great service from these fellows, really put the time and effort into getting a good cut. Even considered how the hair would sit on a formal collar and accounted for it. Great finish. If I lived in Sheffield would come here all the time, definitely would recommend to mates.

Fantastic barber shop! The staff are very friendly, and will readily chat with you during the cut if that's what you want, or they'll happily just chat amongst themselves! Plus, when you throw a very friendly shnauser into the mix, you've got a top quality team of great lads! Every customer gets a wash and cut, with each cut being tailored every time. They'll often check you're happy with everything as they go along, ensuring a top quality finish. As others have said, there is often a wait, although a few times when I went in the middle of the afternoon, I was straight into the chair! The wait can be up to 30 minutes sometimes, so it may be worth making sure your phone's charged, or bringing the paper or something. They'll often offer a drink as well, and an ice cold beer is always a welcome addition to an excellent haircut! I went here on-and-off throughout my degree in Sheffield, and would highly recommend it to anyone! Top quality guys providing a top quality service!

I'm a little confused because I saw a 5 star review here if a girl with alopecia saying she got great service and I was told I couldn't book an appointment because I'm not a man. Maybe remove that review from the Google page so people don't mistake your establishment for somewhere they can get service. Props to you though for suggesting the freestyle barber down the road they booked me in no problem!

Been going to Rapscallions for ages. The guys are always welcoming, friendly and helpful. I've had cuts from Henry since he started and it's always been second to none. When he's been busy I've had the pleasure of been able to get cuts from all the guys and everytime I've left with a fantastic cut and without a giant whole in my pocket. They are forever considerate and have offered tea, coffee and beer as compliments to the service they offer, along with fun and engaging conversation. Rapscallions is an experience I'll always look forward to, they know outstanding barbering and how to treat customers and I wouldn't go anywhere else. 💈✌️

Second cut today - top set of guys, been cut by two different barbers and both precise and attentive. Atmosphere is always great and lively, and makes waiting your turn relaxing and something to look forward to. I have a really weird hair shape that makes it difficult to work with for most hairdressers even, and Raps is one of the very few barbers I can walk in, let them do what they think will suit it best and they get it spot on every time. Started off as my brothers local, then my step fathers and now mine. Thanks guys! Can't wait for the next one!

As a girl suffering with alopecia I came in to finally brave the shave and have my head shaved yesterday. The service was amazing - honestly the nicest guy ever and made me feel so at ease and beautiful without making me uncomfortable. My fiancé was there supporting me and now they have a loyal customer in him who has booked in to come for his haircuts. Thanks for making one of the hardest points of my life a bit more positive, I'll never forget it!

Henry is my new favorite barber. Listened to what I wanted and took his time to deliver the cut I was after the first time he tried. Definitely coming back here for future haircuts. Great vibe and great service!
