10-03-2023 22:591 star is too much. Booked a mobile fitting last week as my tyre was beyond repair and wouldn't inflate. They turned up on Saturday morning only to find out that their van wasn't working and they couldn't complete the fitting. They didn't get anyone out to me the same day, so I had to re-arrange it for today (Monday). They've turned up this morning, stuck the wrong tyre on and scarpered before I was able to say anything. Called their customer services and they advised they would arrange for the correct tyre that I ordered to be delivered in the afternoon to the Penarth Road branch. No surprise that this hasn't happened. Appalling, incompetent service. Don't waste your time or money; go to a local garage that actually have a clue what they're doing.

09-09-2023 11:28as I can't give a zero rating has to be a one star; looked up tyres for my car online; website said this branch had multiple options in stock; went to branch only 1 brand / tyre choice available in their stock; staff said it's due to Halfords now reducing stockholdings at branches; if you need a tyre urgently go elsewhere
