Arranged to hire a van,called to make sure its all good to pick up,turned up and waited for over an hour excuse after excuse i had to leave without the van,absolutely waste of my day. I wont be hiring from enterprise again not will i recommend!

Hired a van from them in June 2023 to take to Republic of Ireland and then drop off in Derry. The team were always very helpful and quick to respond anytime I had a query in the period before the hire. There was a problem with them remembering to get the green card for insurance purposes. Whilst this did cause me some worries they were apologetic and reacted quickly to resolve the omission. They also gave me a fair compensation for the error. Everything else was great and I will certainly use them again.
