Excellent customer service on pick up and return, staff very informative with hire vehicle so you don't feel stung with small print. Will definitely use again.

My car got a flat that required replacement and I was told there wasn't a tire to be had in my area. I was told I would be taken to replace the car in Leeds south and I would need to contact them prior to Going to make sure they had a car. I called Leeds and spoke with Paul. I told him my situation and he was able to track down the only tire my size in Yorkshire. Thank you Paul. The MOST helpful Hertz agent in the UK.

Picked up hire car no problem. Staff so kind and helpful would recommend hiring from them. It's a bit out of the way to find but worth it. Try them for reasonable rates and nearly new cars.

I have used this branch many times for van hire over the past four years. Vehicles tend to have low mileage less than 30k, also usually very tidy. The guys at this depot are always very friendly and helpful.

Sadly I had a terrible experience at Leeds Hertz. I have never left a negative review about any company but I would not recommend hiring from this place. If you do, be mindful that you’ll get excess charges for the teeniest of scratches and the changes will be processed without discussion or notification.

Had to hire a car for a couple of weeks after having my car written off. Hertz service was good. They close at 12pm on Saturdays currently, with Covid hours. I hired a Vauxhall Crossland, which was clean and comfortable. Returning the car was fairly straightforward too.

Staff were great. GPS could not find their office, very frustrating and annoying! Cost of car was far too much, don't know why prices have gone up so much. I will think twice about hiring a car again. $2400 is alot of money in anyone’s book.
