Went on a Friday a few weeks ago the older shop assistant served me I bought 3 items her customer service was not satisfactory as I was paying tried to make conversion about the weather got one word answer back whilst looking me up u0026 down who does she think she is. I have shopped in Jigsaw in Cambridge numerous times the staff there couldn't do enough for you maybe she needs more training in customer service. I am not a person who makes complaints but she just made me feel uncomfortable would not go back to Belfast shop if this is how she treats customers.

Lovely shop and helpful staff.Jigsaw do higher end of the High Street clothes Great quality if a little more expensive than the likes of Zara
