impressive large charity shop which is unusual. They have a large selection of cds, which i find are lacking in quality control, and some boxes are missing discs, and are in cracked condition. Very disappointing.

Great shop but l've noticed some of the staff following customers round the store like everyone's a thief, but that's what backward people do l suppose!

The cage that holds the wall pictures is ridiculously organised. Rummaging through the pictures causes them to be damaged.

I called in today to leave some items and felt so uncomfortable and in fact a nuisance for disturbing the staff. I realise they are probably volunteers but to leave a donation and not even receive a thank you in acknowledgement was quite disturbing. A little customer service training is maybe needed.

Only accepting donations on a Tuesday!! Tried to take around 10kg of clothes on a Saturday while I'm off work, but was told they only accept donations on a Tuesday, which seems strange for a charity to turn goods away.

Travelled 35 minutes only to be met with 'temporary opening hours' on the door - with no inclination as to when it returns back to normal opening hours. Lots of people turning up to a closed shop. UPDATE YOUR GOOGLE TIMES IN FUTURE. Waste of a journey.

I called today with three bags of very good clothing only to be refused until Sunday. I told the person I was going away Sunday morning and needed to donate clothes to them. She refused point blank even though when my daughter died of cancer last year she wanted her clothes donated to them. I took some a while ago and they said they never refuse. Person who I spoke to said they were short staffed even though two of them were standing doing nothing at all 😡
