Fabulous clothes n staff are lovely 😊 No problem is too much of an inconvenience for them. I find the clothes are true to size n reasonably priced especially for their quality 😁. Everything I wear from knickers to coats is from here n I'm proud to let people know where I got them from.

I absolutely love this shop! The clothes are fabulous and the staff are absolutely awesome. The Manageress and her team go above and beyond and it is an absolute pleasure to go into the shop even if I don’t buy something, which isn’t very often! Every shop should have staff like this!

The staff get the 5 stars, they are nice friendly ladies and well spoken and are willing to helo you. The shop is quite stuffed up with alot of clothes and quite full, not always a good thing as you can get sick of been so closed in and having to fight with the clothes to get them from behind other clothes. Clothes are also quite expensive and some of the clothes don't reflect there prices.

Excellent choice and very reasonably priced, been to this sunderland store twice in a month however I didn't have the same shopping experience as with other reviewers, twice same lady has served me, yesterday 14th july,we didnt find her particularly welcoming or friendly, abit of a tension and slight annoyance at us as we had upset her bra display, after our purchases we were going to buy our knickers there, but decided we'd go else where for them as we didnt like her attitude,impatient
