This dentist has cancelled our appointments on five or six occasions. The dentists there are a married couple who book the half terms off about a month before. As our appointments are for half terms (to avoid the children losing school time and me losing time at work), this is a massive inconvenience that I have dealt with repeatedly. We book appointments six months in advance, so dentist holidays should be sorted six months in advance at least.

My wife and I have had our dental requirements looked after by this practice for quite a number of years and had always been satisfied with our treatment. We have our dental work carried out via Denplan, which we pay monthly and do not then have to pay when we have treatment. We also visit the hygienist. We would recommend based on our present Doctor to all. The surgery staff are in the main pleasant and friendly.

I can't thank dentist kim enough , she gave me my smile back , I went from being a shaking mess to looking forward to my visit ,all of the staff could not be more pleasant or helpful I thankyou all a totally different experience with a dentist you can trust

It is very difficult to get dental appointments as a new patient in this city. I have been in the waiting list for approximately 1 year in the one close to me. I have contacted more than 7 different dental practices, and non agreed to accept new intake. When I called,”111” for advice; they recommended Dr M.Gibbons. They were very nice, friendly, excellent, and professional. They gave us quick appointment especially for my son’s dental care despite their busy schedules. My entire family were happy with their services and their friendly staff especially the receptionist that took her time to find the available slot for us. Highly recommended.

Been going to this dentist for years and never had a problem with them. The staff are friendly , professional and helpful and they have really looked after my teeth. I really do appreciate the work they do and would recommend to anyone ! 10/10 for me .

Have been going there since I was a child and for more than 35 years. For the past twenty years ive lived an hour away and still go there. I've been on Denplan with them for 23 years. Kind, caring and first class.
