Amazing and very professional services, always exceeded our expectations, golden hands! We have been using Lucy for more than 15 years, my entire family is very grateful to her, we don't know how to thank her enough for looking after us for so many years. We always left her saloon looking amazing! You only need to tell Lucy what you want, and in no time you will be surprised with the results. She said the procedure was difficult because my hair was dark. And bleached twice, colored toned once, and paid £365. (Price including £16 color shampoo) My hair length is medium length over the collarbone and she is kind but not reasonable in terms of price...

I was looking for a salon near my place and saw Lucy’s. Booked myself for just a haircut but ended up having a full makeover to my hair. Camila was the one who assisted me and did everything. She was so nice making sure I am comfortable and what I envisioned my hair to be became a reality. I was aiming for a skunk hairdye and a layered haircut. To no surprise, she was able to do everything I wanted. Highly recommend this salon.

I had a really bad experience with this place, it was my first time getting my hair dyed so I was quite unsure about how it worked. The lady I was assigned to wasn’t who I selected, she assured me that I would look good and be a light blonde. She bleached it once and after finishing the toner my hair was overwhelmingly orange, she insisted it was good and would look better from the sun, then told me I can return if I had any issues. When I realised just how orange it was, a few hours later I called up. The lady which responded, which I’m assuming is the owner (Lucy) was extremely rude, short with her sentences and insisting I pay double for getting it fixed. When I returned, I was made to feel uncomfortable and a burden by the staff and argued to pay more by Lucy, having to wait long periods, whilst notably the owner (Lucy) was not assisting at all, instead sat at a desk chatting away, even though I was left to the side throughout re-dyeing. The person doing my hair made passive aggressive comments to me, implying I was being unreasonable for wanting blonde, not orange hair. Although it improved, it was still orange (even though the lady said it was fine) and I had to go elsewhere to fix it. The amount of discomfort and disregard for my first time, with emphasis on me being respectful, patient and polite with them, is extremely unprofessional and inadequate servicing. Especially after when I was leaving, the owner was getting her hair serviced with obviously a high standard of care. I really do not recommend this salon.

I had a lovely experience at the salon, Lucy was very attentive and I am very pleased with the outcome of my hair. I would definitely recommend!

I absolutely loved it, I’ve been having a rough time, and i told Lucy what I’ve been going through, she was very welcoming, and we both decided I need a new look, so she suggested to start with the hair, I was very nervous but she told me not to worry, that I’m in good hands. She offered to cut my hair and then add some highlights, I trusted her suggestions and went for it, the results was incredible she made sure it was not too much for me it really did look amazing, she did such a great job I didn’t recognise myself, felt completely different, I loved it and do not regret going there!!! Definitely recommend anyone to go there, such an incredible experience!!

Great services. I couldn’t recommend Lucy enough. She is kind and listens to what you asked for. She explains what works best for your hair type so you leave the salon with a big smile and amazing hair. I asked for long layers and I was extremely happy with the look. Can’t wait to come back soon ❤️
