We took our dog in a week before the 28th August 2023. We saw a young girl called EMILY. She took our dog off us and did a genuine checkup in the back BUT SHE FAILED TO DOCUMENT IT ON THEIR COMPUTER SYSTEM. We then took our little cavalier king charles back on the 28th August 2023. The Female Vet came out to us in the waiting area and took our dog in the back. She called us in to the consultation room. The vet said its not good news and said that she would have to put her to sleep. She also accused us of manipulating our dogs tongue. I blew up at her and said we would never hurt our dogs as we love them. She said she would have to report it to animal welfare. Then the main Guy who wears glasses and got stubble who runs the practice came in and got into my face and was shouting at me to get out of his practice. He opened the door and shoved me out and then started pushing me out of the shop. He was still shouting his mouth off at me as he was getting me out of the shop in front of alot of people. Then when we was outside he got into my face again shouting and balling at me and he told me that i had better not step back into the shop so i asked what he was going to do about it. He shouted at me to get in my car and shut up. He finally went back into the shop and shouted at my wife too. He then told my wife that if he was not working he would have hit me. This guy is mental, with serious attitude, he should not be working with the public. PLEASE BE WARNED THIS GUY IS A NASTY PIECE OF WORK. IF YOU HAVE A PET REGISTERED WITH THIS PRACTICE I WOULD CONSIDER MOVING THEM TO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I originally emailed to arrange an appointment and was emailed back stating that I needed to call them to register. Therefore I called and was greeted by a very rude receptionist who sounded annoyed to answer the phone and wanted to get off the phone straight away, she told me I need to come to the practice to register and put the phone down before I could even ask any questions or say thank you bye.. won't be using this vets, will go somewhere more welcoming. Not a good first impression.

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, all went down hill when Paul left. Poor service and care for your pet in every way! My dogs life was left in their hands and they failed us, but they were very quick to take our money!!!! Unfortunately we lost our dog a few weeks back, and he deserved so much better than to be let down by anyone!!! I called up for my dogs blood work results after being told we’d be contacted in a few days time and obviously never were. When I contacted them to find out what was going on, the receptionist informed me that the results were back but the vet dealing with my pet was on annual leave until Monday. That weekend my poor Oscar suffered so much and we had to make the dreaded decision to put him to sleep. This decision would have been a lot easier for us knowing the blood results (especially with Oscar’s health condition). The insurance claim was also another bad experience with this vets, they didn’t even have our correct insurance company documented on Oscars file. Shocking!!! After multiple phone calls to vets4pets there was always an excuse to not put the claim through on their behalf. I was told on multiple occasions that the lady dealing with the insurance would be in the following day every time I called but nothing was ever done!! We later received a condolence card, which makes no sense! The literacy was terrible and unreadable. Absolutely shocking! If you’re thinking about stepping foot into this vets, please don’t! Stay away, you and your pet will be better cared for elsewhere.

All the staff at Vets for Pets Festival Park ... reception staff, nurses and vets all went above and beyond to take care of Margo, her two pups, one delivered naturally and one by c-section and also myself and husband in what was a very stressful day for us all, but it resulted in an amazing outcome ... Margo and her pups are doing amazing and its all thanks to the whole team ... we are forever grateful to you all 😊

The vets no longer accept direct insurance claims and never made me aware of this so when I took my cat in for an emergency appointment they expected me to pay £1000 a day for his treatment out of pocket. When we came to the devastating decision they made me aware of another cat they had to put down that morning for the same reason I will never use this vets again and I will tell everyone I can how their lack of care and compassion ended my cats life unnecessarily

My cat had been hit by a car and fractured his pelvis. All staff encountered were caring and sympathetic. The vet was fantastic, I knew my boy was in very safe hands. Forever grateful for the care Salem received and will continue to receive as he recovers. We are extremely lucky to still have him and I owe that to the Stoke team. Thank you I have added a picture of Salem taken 48 hours post accident. Performing acrobatics whilst on strict cage rest. I am so proud!

Very rude receptionist, acting as if she owes this place. I wonder why she don't give up the job to someone who will have a bit more passion for costumer services. Very rude . The vet, hm, not really sure if she really have the qualification to be a vet. I won't go in details here but she misdiagnosed my dog previously and she did it again so i decided to have second opinion, which is why would take my girl there anymore. Take your pet elsewhere if you value your pet life.

We needed an urgent appointment for our little pup they didn't have any appointments but still managed to squeeze us in and treated our pup amazing staff from start to finish not just with our pup but us too.
