Squeezed me in at short notice to do some work on my car. For now the repairs seemed to have worked (early days). Polite bunch, and easy to get hold of. Work done was around the price as quoted, done within a day.

Great garage, really good experience with them, I brought my car with a big issues with the brakes without appointment and they did a great job in the same day! very happy with it. After this I did the MOT with them as well and I will do the full service, thanks !

Took my car for an MOT here nearly a year ago and just remembered as was talking to a friend about it I’d forgotten to write a review! Can’t fault the MOT itself, but I booked it in to have the work done and saw him write it in the diary. I dropped my car off the night before (as agreed) and arranged another car to get to work. I was calling throughout the day to make sure the car was ready to collect as I had to leave work early to collect it and nobody picked up all day and there’s no answer phone or email address. I turned up and my car was parked in the same spot and when I asked their response was ‘what car’. So they hadn’t touched it. I asked for my keys back to take it somewhere else and they said they were sorry and if I booked it back in I’d get a free service worth £180. I booked it back in and had the same issue with not getting through to anyone. They had the car for several days which was a pain as I had to drive over to Cardiff every day for work. When I finally collected it they said they had given it the service as well even though I hadn’t asked to redeem this free service yet. I just thought ok fine paid the money and left. I checked the oil when I got home and it had not been changed. My brakes also needed doing about a month later so they did not do a service at all. I had already suspected as much as they made no comment and didn’t provide any service document.

Great guys, fitted me in very quickle when I was having brake issues, work was done the next day. Very happy with the service provided.

Excellent and professional job. Very reasonable prices. The owner is knowledgeable, he understands you, flexible and serious. I am very happy since I visited the garage for the 1st time around 3 years ago and some friends that I recommended them to go there are happy too.

Great garage. We have gone here for the past seven years with both our cars and never had an issue with MOTs , services and repairs. Competitive pricing, Very friendly staff and helpful advice on what maintenance issues will be coming up on the cars. I would highly recommend them.

Highly recommend this place. Honest diagnosis and cheap costs compared to many other garages. I was new to Bristol and gone here based on reviews and happy with their service. Special thanks to Kash for sorting to get my car ready before the bank holidays.

Took my VW to them for a service and knowing that a number of other bits may need doing. They diagnosed the issues, called to explain in detail and we ran through which areas were the priority, both in terms of safety but also price, having an understanding of the customers needs whilst at the same time not just trying to money grab. Would recommend and will use again.
