Ample parking, easy to navigate around and has a wide range of stock. Slightly more expensive than other places but convenient. The only bit of feedback is they didn't have any baby friendly trolleys.

Great shop! huge! However, everytime I go here there is a distinct smell of human waste outside, I'm assuming there must be a treatment plant nearby. It's the only thing that ruins the experience really.

Busy bank holiday, completed Click and collect order. Had a slight wait and wall paper had different batch numbers. This was rectified, good visit, friendly staff.

Went to Bu0026Q today to buy a BBQ,the place was absolutely packed with people. The store has a great selection of both gas and traditional set ups. There was plenty choice in sizes ranging from fold up camping ones to 4 Burner gas ones. There are many discounts on the BBQs at the moment, up to 20% which made them good value for money. I bought a traditional charcoal one for £48 which is plenty big enough for a family of 6 or more. There was some assembly needed which the instructions were clear and simple but no handy little tools provided so beware. We had our BBQ and it cooked fantastic, well worth the money.

Dropped into the store as I was visiting Swindon recently. We'll stocked, and staff were helpful and polite. Everything I needed was in stock, and the free parking is a bonus these days.

Great place to walk around,, but make sure you have a high limit credit card with you. £25+ for a couple of bolts and a sink plug seemed extreme. We probably need to save up for the next visit.

Often visit this store for all DIY things. From painting walls and clean car to tools for around the house. Staff are friendly and approachable to help with any queries I’ve had. I’ve also returned items in the past and that has been hassle free too.

On the 24th of September 2023, which was a Sunday, I visited the Swindon Branch around 15:40. I overheard the shop announcer announcing that the store was about to close. The Bu0026Q staff near the till area mentioned something about the remaining customers, and then they shifted positions. This included a boy with a beard and a girl. I would like to express my appreciation to the Chief Executive Officer, Graham Bell, for recognizing the importance of providing proper breaks for the staff. It's essential for their well-being and helps maintain a relaxed and focused mindset. This is in contrast to the sometimes bureaucratic approach of government regulations. Implementing unique and enjoyable initiatives can truly make a difference. Thank you !
