My husband and I got married in October at Oakwell Hall, and we had our table cloths provided by Peg u0026 Basket. We were setting up the venue on Friday before the wedding on Saturday, and had ordered the linen to arrive that day. Unfortunately when it arrived it appeared I had made a mistake with the order, and there were nowhere near enough table cloths. Neil - the company owner who also delivered the linen - gave a recommendation as to what we needed, I quickly placed an order through the website, and he returned within the hour with our extra cloths. He was really kind and patient; it totally took the pressure off, and was a brilliant example of their committed customer service.

Been using the Pu0026B guys for laundry services for our small hotel business for about a year now. The service has been amazing from the team in the laundry to the guys that pick up and deliver. I can’t recommend them enough. They are more than flexible and very understanding when things go wrong. Service is very important to me and Neil and his team are extremely professional and competent. Usually you have to settle for a decent product or decent service, rarely do you get both. However the quality of their work is equal to their professionalism in service. If you need regular laundry done on a big or small scale, give these guys a try! Any serviced Accomodation people or hoteliers out there, use Peg u0026 Basket, you won’t be sorry!

Good linen and prices. Easy to deal with. Only downside was needing to chase for the deposit back.

I’ve used this company twice for hiring table linen and chair covers, first for our son’s christening, and then for our wedding, and on both occasions the linen looked fantastic and was delivered on time. I dealt with them on the phone several times whilst making the booking and for advice on sizes, and each time they were very helpful and friendly. We also saved money as the cost was much less than the venues had quoted us to supply the same linen. Thank you!
