So I been registered with this dentist for possibly 3 years, I suffer from mental illnesses and find it difficult to do normal day to day things like getting to appointments etc but I still put in effort to do so, but today I had a appointment and I called up explaining I’m late but was told I have been removed from the dentist practice, I pleaded to them that I’m late by a few minutes and I should be seen to but i was told I’ve been removed from the practice even though almost every time I’ve had a appointment I’ve had to wait upto half an hour even after arriving at correct time so why is it that when a patient is late his reasons for being late aren’t accepted. Absolutely disgusted by the behaviour and response towards me. Avoid at all costs, I will spread the word to my family and friends who are registered here to take their money elsewhere as this practice does not care about its patients!!!!

The ladies who work on reception and with the dentists are absolutely fabulous. They go over and above what's expected of them. They are helpful and friendly. Jonathan is the most patient and friendly dentist ever. He puts you at ease immediately and is gentle when working on your mouth. Highly recommended this dentist.
