The best Pilates classes I've been to small numbers per class allowing greater attention to each persons individual needs. Classes are geared towards helping all abilities from beginner to advanced. Lindsay is friendly, patient always happy to help and really enjoys teaching people and helping them to learn the art of Pilates and help them live a painfree lifestyle no matter what their age. I've gone from permanently being in pain everyday mainly in my back to now being able to do headstands and other crazy things completely pain free. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to improve their lifestyle and banish pain.

If you are in any type of Musculoskeletal discomfort or pain I cannot recommend Lindsay highly enough. Please do not hesitate. The sheer relief I've has from just a few treatments has literally brought me to tears. Not only are her treatments thorough and effective Lindsay is 100% authentic in wanting to help, adapting her approach to find you the best solution. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with Lindsay for her to help me develop my core strength and overall fitness and have every confidence in her ability to do so.

I have been to Lindsay multiple times for physiotherapy on my back, she took the time to check my posture, ask about my routine and work out why I was getting frequent back pain. She is extremely professional, friendly and doesn't rush through the treatment. She has left me feeling much better each time and I would highly recommend her.
