So happy with my cut and colour! Shout out to the lovely Isma for always making my hair look so gorgeous! I love going to Shelley’s and have been going for years as not only are the stylists extremely experienced but the environment is so warm and friendly love to visit! I’ve been to other salons in Birmingham and other places but they were all a little cold and unfriendly but at Shelley’s you feel like you are among friends! Keep up the great work!

Shelly is the best hair dresser I have ever met my 3 year old son has additional needs and she has been so accommodating and so good with him. She knows how to be patient with him and she knows how to calm him down which is amazing. After trying other hair dresser she is our go to hair dresser

I travel from London, only trusting Shelly’s. The curls last a number of months, hence the regular custom and another excuse to visit Birmingham. Family-friendly atmosphere

Layla did my hair cut amazing very nice lady. ! . My daughter's also got there hair cut. Their hairdresser was also good. The only thing I would say could improve is child's little dry cut a trim should be less then £15. Other then that I was happy overall.

I absolutely love this place ! I always get an appointment on the day I want and they always do an amazing job . I have really thick hair and it's hard to handle but they always make me feel comfortable. Layla did my cutting and curling and Noor styled my updo. Had a previous good experience with Noor before as well. They are all so friendly and I honestly don't mind the price because I always get compliments.
