Chloe was absolutely incredible! She gave me such good advice, cut and styled my hair perfectly. Everyone at the salon was lovely and I left feeling so relaxed and with stunning hair. Thank you!!

I was anxious going to a new salon and after having a bad haircut in my previous salon. Everyone was really friendly at Bad Apple and made me feel comfortable right away. I'm blown away there's a cool bar, I've never seen that before in a salon and it's an awesome move! Emily has been absolutely fantastic!! She's helped fix the damage of my previous salon bad haircut and she's recreated the style I love, so I'm very happy with the result. She was lovely to talk with too. Thank you so much Emily! I will definitely be coming back :)

After paying London prices for my hair I decided to check out Bad Apple and book in for highlights and a cut. Kayla did an amazing job - I’m so happy to have bright blonde u0026 healthy hair for the summer! My whole experience was so relaxing (despite it being a weekend) with everyone being friendly u0026 really welcoming - will definitely be booking again ❤️

First time in Bad apple, rather it should be “ BEST apple” lol George is really talented and has great experience. He gave perfect color to my long hair and exactly how I wanted. Consultation was thorough and he guided well as to what color would go best. I am really satisfied and happy by him. Apart from that, they do really good Margaritas :D coolest salon in Birmingham! Will be coming to this salon only from now on! :D

Martine did the most amazing job with my hair and spent lots of time speaking with me to make sure I got the style I was looking for. She also provided great recommendations for styling it myself at home. We had a great laugh and all the other staff were really lovely and attentive, making me feel super comfortable as someone who usually dreads getting my haircut. Thank you! ☺️

I haven’t been to a salon for years so this really was quite the experience! The look and feel of the salon is fabulous… never been somewhere where there is an actual bar. All the products used great quality. Sunny cut my hair many years ago and I wanted to return after a few mishaps experienced recently from other stylists. I left feeling so happy. You can really tell when a professional cuts your hair as it looks and feels worlds apart. Sunny suggest an oil to use on my hair which was used on the day so I purchased whilst in the salon. Sunny also gave me some samples to treat my hair so I will make good use of them. Thank you to the team for showing me around also!
