This large store has a decent selection of clothing and home items, although don't take the given sizes on the clothing as true to size. There always seems to be mess on the floors and never enough staff on the tills, leading to long queues. Be mindful if you are on a schedule.

Good shopping centre in the Hanley city centre. Spacious shop with a very good collection. The items are not very expensive and worth the price. This is open till 7:00 pm everyday. Ample parking space in the city centre.

Have a various collection of kids clothes . Working Only one entrance for the in and out. Ground floor has ladies section, it has large collection of various ladies wears. 1 st floor has kids clothes ( both girls and boys ) also babies. 2 nd floor has mens section and household equipments and gift collections. Every floor has separate cashiers for paying. One of best place in Stoke-on-Trent to buy clothes for reasonable prices.

Don't be surprised by the price tag, qhen you get to the till it always comes up less as there are special offers on everything

Nice place to shop but was unable to get some items needed but generally good with great staff too

If u go in first thing it's fine but even though the staff work very hard it's hard to keep tidy

They have new closing times which aren’t updated. They don’t close at 7 anymore, they close at 6. And instead of making the new times accessible for customers, they’ve just got some guy at the door who’s just rude to anyone who’s confused as to why it says they’re open till 7 online. So please update your times, it’s not that much of a hassle.
