09-20-2023 17:42Never got a paper receipt, was told one would be emailed, I know what date and time I went to the store, clothing still has the tag on, only purchased 3 days ago, staff will not accept return, as I've no receipt, absolutely disgusting service, don't bother with this company, the customer service number is engaged every time I call... Don't answer their emails either.

09-15-2023 02:55Visited Quiz in Hanley today . Granted, it was 15 minutes prior to closing time but the shop had not closed and customers were not being turned away therefore walked in and looked around and there was another customer in there also. I quickly found 2 items which I was very interested in purchasing and approached the lady at the counter to ask if i could quickly try on.I waited politely as I could see that she was having a conversation with a security representative at the counter and couldn't help but over hear that it was a social conversation whilst she was counting money from the till which lead me to ask could I try on or was it too late as it looked as though she was balancing the till,either way I could have appreciated whichever answer and returned another day. The fact that she made it quite clear that I had made her lose count by saying it out loud and laughing in a sarcastic manner was one thing but the fact that it was ok for her to be doing the exact same task and talking to the security man socially who was not a customer did not have me impressed. She then went on to shout the fitting room attendant to see if the changing room had closed and at this point the other person declared they were not closed but the cashier said I would have to hurry up. I was about to purchase the goods but with this in mind I felt that it was inconvenient for her and just put them down and left the shop and apologised for making her lose count!! It is one of those cases where it isn't what is said ,it is the way it is said! Me , being a people person I would have said 'unfortunately, we are closing in 10 minutes if that's enough time for you or if you would like to visit again when there would be more time to make your decision I will be happy to help.Thats just me and the values and respect that I demonstrate to others. Within 5 minutes of leaving , I rang the store and discussed what I had thought on reflection when walking away and how she made me feel.She said she was concerned that the changing room may have been mopped and I really appreciate that fact and this was not the issue -she could have said this at the time ! I would not use the cashier's name on the review as I actually respect people despite her lack of respect/thought for me.I feel strongly about manners and people skills and this could have been much better.I will not return on principle and luckily found the same items online and ordered ,if they don't fit lets hope the post office uphold better manners when i return them!!Five stars for time management and clocking off on time though Quiz-I am impressed!!!
