Very pleasant and helpful staff with excellent quality products.

Have only been in a couple of times, I was bra shopping after a mastectomy I was very emotional and the lady was absolutely amazing she was kind and very caring and patient, didn't rush me and she helped me so much I was in there a while and never once felt like a nuisance, would definitely recommend the Hanley store 😁😘

We both went Bonmarche on Friday u0026 brought two jumpers u0026 some leggings. I am always happy with the clothes from the Hanley branch. The staff are always happy to help with anything you need! The changing rooms are clean and the staff check to see if you are ok.we both can't wait till we do our shopping again here. We would always recommend this place to everybody.
