I cannot thank Kevin and his team more for the outstanding job they did on repairing my very loved engagement ring, wedding band and my eternity ring, he understood the torment of leaving them and he got them back on my finger so quickly. Also the jewellery that he has and the knowledge is second to none. It’s so lovely to go somewhere where your best interest is at heart. I couldn’t recommend a better place and we will not go anywhere else. Outstanding!!!!

A fantastic shop, I highly recommend this shop. I chose an eternity ring Xmas eve at this shop in 2023 … it was priced at £450 - it was above our price range; so they reduced the price of the ring by £100 then and there to £350, so bought it at an excellent price of £350….. an absolute bargain … it has 1/2 carat of diamonds. It was big in size for my finger. However, this shop did an excellent job of downsizing this eternity ring, keeping all the hallmarks, makers initials, and the .50 stamp mark inside the band… they did this “free of charge.” It took them just 2 days to downsize my ring. I’m truly amazed, totally blown away by this shop. This shop has also fixed watches for us, and actually repaired my husbands wedding ring after he had a fall and badly damaged it (when other jewellers couldn’t repair it) - they repaired my husbands ring beautifully. THIS IS THE BEST SHOP EVER IN MILTON KEYNES …. Their Customer Service is the BEST EVER.

I have used this jewellers for watch batteries and minor repairs before but today they excelled themselves. My tennis bracelet had got jammed and after much endeavour they managed to release it without any harm to me or the bracelet. Very friendly and welcoming. They also have some beautiful jewellery for sale. Massive Thank you. 😊

Took my engagement ring in to enquire about resizing. Was very pleased to find out it would only cost £40 including a cleaning service. The lovely lady who served me was very professional and polite and helped me in figuring out the best size to go for. Communication was fantastic with a polite text message to alert me once it was ready to be collected and the service was much quicker than anticipated. I am extremely happy to be able to wear my ring again, looking as shiny and sparkly as the day i first got it. I had also previously taken a watch in to have the battery changed a few years ago and was very pleased with the price aswell, Friendly service with great prices and communication. Highly recommend this company.

Joy could not have been more helpful. I had few expectations following a prior visit to a competitor but a battery replacement was all I needed. Not a pricey service as previously advised. Watch is back up and running. Thank you so much.

I came in to sell my gold at the watch u0026 clock shop. I had the gold weigh and checked! Joy was so helpful and a very honest, because I did not even know I had 18ct gold, also thought it was only 9ct gold he checked the gold thoroughly. I have visited the watch and clock shop a few times over the last couple of years, I’ve always had great service. On Monday I took my bracelet there to see if it could be fixed, I got told it could and would take a week. I actually got it back yesterday, which was only 2 days! It’s a perfect fix and looks brand new. Yesterday I was served by Dan u0026 Joy, both very helpful. Would defiantly recommend here and will be returning soon 😊
