Great service by Ozzie. Had a vehicle key fob coded at another Timpson, which hadn't gone to plan. Ozzie swapped out a failing battery and made a small alteration to the vehicles manual key, all free of charge. Very pleased and will use them again.

An absolutely gem in MK Centre! Popped in around 915 this morning to get some smart cuff links engraved and Ozzie had already called by 945 to say they’re all ready! 5* service with a smile 😃 will definitely be recommending this shop!

Brilliant service. Really friendly and helpful watch battery replaced same day - I phoned the day before to find out my options. I went for the lifetime battery replacement option. Would recommend.

I took the same shoe twice to be fixed, first time the strap came apart, second time the glue was coming off the heel. The best he fixed for me free no charge. Very kind and fab service.

Got my keys cut instantly. The gentleman at the counter was really helpful when I asked him about getting my rings resized and he gave me contacts for someone who does. The shop is very clean and welcoming. Decently priced too!
