Well, what can I say about these guys? After a day of traipsing around Bristol, via Apple Store and a number of other repair shops, I came across Tech Revive. I was told by Apple they couldn’t help me with my daughter’s water damage phone, to access her data and it was lost for ever. Just buy another phone and move on, was their response. As hopefully you can appreciate, this diagnosis was crushing for her. Tech Revive not only were able to recover all her data, but transferred it to a new phone, I brought with me. At no point did they try to upsell anything and their curtsy and professionalism calmed the situation. The process took a couple of hours and all her data was recovered and up loaded to her new phone. The bill at the end did not in my opinion, did not reflect the time an effort they put in and I would have gladly payed three time as much. Sorry to tell you this now guys!!! So if you are in Bristol and need someone who knows what they are doing, Tech Revive, the first and only place you need to go!!
