Went to check outs to pay for my shopping. The guy (uwais) serving seemed rude, he used foul language towards in one of his colleagues which I found inappropriate in front of a customer. He didn't bother folding the clothes properly into the bad and just shoved it in anyhow, very unprofessional

The sale queue's say it all. The lovely kids clothes section is the best. Next has clothes - footwear - bags - accessories and household items such as soft furnishing, kitchen items and alot more.

Next does have a great reputation in fashion and amazing designs, so it is a big giant name in the UK. Indeed, it is not that cheap though, so for some of their products, yes it is worth every penny of the money you spend there, but, obviously, for some other products, no, it is expensive, indeed. Another great advantage of this big giant store is the Boxing Day sale, quite cheap and it is worth it.

Treat you as criminals not customers It was my first time visiting, I was looking around and trying things on and bought some stuff. Throughout my time there, 3 different staff members where following me around. Later, they even decided to gang up outside the fitting rooms when I was trying things on and waited for me to come out. When I got out they said they would take the stuff back for me but I told them I would buy them and I did. After checking out, I was followed down the stairs to the exit by one of the members of staff. They have no reason to treat me this way, hope something is done about this.

Very helpful one staff member halima was nice approachable and friendly very bubbly person who took her time out to help me even tho she was alone on the floor most the time very much recommended to family and friends
