Took my laptop for almost 3 weeks. Kept delaying fixing it and would not give enough time to explain the issues. Ended up telling me it’s unfixable in a rude way. Felt like they just sidelined my laptop issue the whole time.

Went it to get a cracked iPhone 7 screen repaired and Obaid did a fantastic job. Fixed it quickly while I waited, was very friendly throughout and gave me a great price for the work. Was very happy and would recommend them to anyone looking to get their phones repaired in central Newcastle without any hassle.

Do not use this shop if you don’t want to cause more damage to your gadget. They damaged my friend’s laptop and still was speaking to her in a rude manner, cursing her on the phone and still called the police on her for not doing their job properly. The laptop isn’t working anymore as well.

Don’t use this shop!! See all the fake 5 star reviews, absolutely ludicrous. Absolute rip off merchants. Horrible, unhelpful and down right ignorant staff. Anything electrical go elsewhere. If this saves Atleast one person from making a horrendous mistake I’ll be happy!

Made a racist comment towards me as I left the store. Went in to look at a SD card, asked for the price and though it was a little expensive compare to online. So I started leaving then he said, “if you want it cheaper go back to your country and buy it there, go back to china”. Even though that is not where I am from.

DO NOT USE. Completely unprofessional, and terrible service. Gave them a super simple job; change a cracked screen. Came out £100 down with a screen glued on, the glue was seeping out of the sides and the two cameras had fallen off. Absolute scammers.

AVOID THIS SHOP! DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS!! Do not patronize!!! The 4.5 rating is deceptive, didn’t see the negative comments until I fell a victim and just realized the 5 stars are doctored as stated by a reviewer. If you do not want to be duped of your money, your laptop/phone destroyed (touch screen functionality destroyed), the police called on you and when they came and spoke to me but couldn’t do much as it was a civil dispute(advised shop attendant to tell manager to charge for non-touch since they spoilt the touch screen and advised me to take it to the Ombudsman, Obaid asked me to go to court, yes he is that dubious). Insulted and shouted on; AVOID THIS SHOP!
