Having spent 3 months here, I can honestly say it was truly empowering. Learned so much about myself, and the groups were always great. Apparently not you're regular rehab, however, it prepares you for living in the real world. I can't recommend this place enough, and the staff are absolutely amazing. Thank for the journey, if anything, the time went to fast

I was fortunate enough to be given the opportunity to come here. If you get the chance, make the most of it. The staff are amazing, honest, open and friendly. I had been trying to quit but kept relapsing. Giving up was the easy bit, I've done it loads of times, but the work to stay quit, means looking at yourself, easier said than done. I have accepted that this is an ongoing thing now and not something I can just forget about; with that realisation though there is more peace. The place is also comfortable ( if you keep it clean) and the food budget is very generous.

As a student on placement for my Psychology degree, Leighbank has really helped settle me into the field by showcasing empathy, enthusiasm and commitment. During my 12 weeks at Leighbank, all the staff were incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to helping clients on their journey to recovery. The welcoming environment fostered growth, and I gained valuable insights that will undoubtedly shape my future in the field. I am so grateful for the opportunity to learn and contribute to such an impactful and compassionate team. Highly recommend this placement for anyone seeking a fulfilling experience in the substance misuse field :)

Hi my name is Caron and I am so grateful to have spent the last 3 months at Leigh Bank. I had been sober for a couple of months before I came in but in the past I had relapsed often. Leigh Bank has given me the tools and confidence that I will remain sober ongoing. The staff have always got time to talk if you feel the need ( big shout out to Amy ) and the group sessions are very helpful and informative. I was so nervous when I arrived but the other residents soon put me at ease. This is the most positive thing I've ever done. Thankyou Leigh Bank

Leigh bank changed my life! I went into rehab a broken person and didn’t think I’d ever be able to live a normal life due to physical implications. But whilst there the staff supported me day by day to put me back together again. The program is based on trust and will allow you to be independent e.g going out for the day, shopping for the house and cooking which will prepare you for your life beyond Leigh bank.

During my time at LeighBank the whole experience has been great from start till end. I was very nervous coming in but was made to feel very welcome by all staff, other residents. The groups are a bit challenging but made to feel relaxed and give you the tools for life after rehab and keeping life more balanced.
