Customer service under Zero They told us delivery gonna be within a week. It takes six weeks and we’ve got wrong items and they wouldn’t accept to exchange it.

Bit of a hiccup at first with communication issues but staff so apologetic and helpful once rectified. Jeff so professional and keen to make our job top priority after the delay and Stuart our fitter was fantastic, so friendly and polite and did a wonderful job with our hallway. We love our new herringbone laminate!

I want to share my recent disappointing experience with an order I placed on June 26th. After making a full payment, I reached out to them on June 28th as I hadn't received any information about the delivery date. Unfortunately, I received excuses from the service provider, stating that they were busy and had been careless in their communication. Eventually, they estimated the delivery date to be the following mid-week. However, this posed a problem for me as I had carpenters working in my house during that week. I wasn't willing to incur additional charges for rescheduling the carpenters for the following week. I proposed that if the woodfloor store would cover my carpenter charges, we could proceed with delivery this week. We reached an agreement in the hopes of having the product delivered as planned. Even though the email confirmation did not sent for delivery date after constant request online. Unfortunately, due to this extremely poor service experience, my trust in their product quality has been shaken. Therefore, based on this negative encounter, I cannot recommend them as a reliable service provider. Really bad service provider.

Fantastic customer service and a stand-out showroom. It made our experience stress free as Geoff gave us all the help we needed in selection, then guided us through the ordering and fitting process. 100% would recommend.
