I’d just moved into a new home and Elliot, their engineer, identified my boiler had a serious issue and should be condemned immediately. From the notes Elliot had taken, Gary was able to send me 2 comparison quotes for new boilers within 24hrs, he answered any questions I had and helped me chose the right one for me. They even went above and beyond by offering to fit my new boiler the very next day! Big thanks to Bradley and Elliot for a seamless installation process.
