Burntwood Court Hotel

Lovely hotel but no air con so don't visit during summer months. The Annex has double beds not king size. The food in the restaurant is fantastic but if you look at the windows in the restaurant they are surrounded by mould and omg the flies on the inside of the windows. But yes would go back.

We went yesterday with our children and our friends children to use the play area. As paying customers we were welcomed with a rude waiter, telling us we couldn't sit here or there and couldn't bring the children into the dining/bar area! And he constantly followed us around. We didn't feel comfortable or relaxed. We had four well behaved children, even though other children were in the said area! we have no idea what the problem was. So we will definitely not be coming back. We were actually looking around for a wedding venue (this place will not be it!) Mabe they were off because of their recent hygiene inspection. Check it out for yourselves. As paying customers it wasn't at all a good experience.

Went for Xmas evening meal including a band. Food and service by waiters /waitress and bar staff good. Lady telling you were you are seated can be abrupt and never smiles !

Went for a Christmas meal. At one end of the room, they were having their deserts before we got our starters. A lady at the next table to us had an extra person turn up and they refused point-blank for her to buy an extra meal. I understand they had catered for a set amount. They could have checked numbers and seen if there were people missing from other parties. We were down by one and offered her that meal. This should of been done by the management.

We had our Christmas party here last night. The function room was beautiful. Stage set up in the dining room so you don't have to go far after a big meal. Can't comment on the show as unfortunately had to leave early due to childcare but I'm sure the rest of our group enjoyed it. The food was beautiful wasn't expecting it to be so plentiful so filled up on bread with my starter (creamy garlic mushrooms) then regretted it when main meal was served as there was lots 😅 Tender Roast beef and Yorkshire pudding, 3/4 vegetable choices with Mash and roast potatoes. Everything hot and fresh. Silver service was brilliant staff couldn't do enough for us. Mum asked for a bit of extra mash as she prefers that to anything else and the waiter brought some out within minutes. Nothing too much trouble. Lovely night had by all. Value for money and would return next year 😊

Attended our nieces wedding here yesterday and can honestly say it was brilliant!! Food was delicious, staff were very polite u0026 friendly, hotel lovely u0026 clean. We stayed overnight u0026 the room was big, bed really comfortable, bathroom lovely, tea u0026 coffee making facilities, breakfast was hot u0026 tasty - couldn’t fault anything. Loved it!!!

I'm giving 3 stars for service. The receptionist was great, the bar staff were exemplary even going so far as to make us drinks which weren't even on the menu. However at breakfast the next day out of the 2 staff that were there, one of them who was bringing out the croissants etc was very rude in the way she looked at us and made us feel uncomfortable or that we didn't belong there. Not very nice at all

Excellent Hotel and place to eat, Family Xmas function, of 4 course silver service meal and entertainment 😀. Great food, excellent company and great over night stay. Rooms were excellent and breakfast included was perfect next morning. Will be doing same again next year. Many thanks to all at Burntwood Hotel. Loved it. 😍 x
